Winter finally came to Canada the day after Christmas - 15 cm of snow! The dogs and girls loved it as you can see!

New Year's Eve was the usual wild and crazy night at the Weinsteins! The ball dropped at 8 pm. Jack is giving Harper her New Year's kiss! Jackie turned 10 on New Year's Day!
Barbie was into the champagne early, and someone gave her a microphone, too - bad combo!

The girls and I managed to spend the 50 plus dollars at the party store aka junk store on party favors! As you will see, the pink mustache was the big hit.
Things were really getting wild when Harper put on Matt's shoes!
Matt and Joel traveled to South Beach for the big national championship game - Go Irish! Just pretend they won; it makes the pictures cooler!
Smoke 'em if you got 'em! The trip was also in honor of Matt's 40 1/2th birthday! And, these two hipsters saw Flo Rider and Dierks Bently in concert on the beach! They had great weather; Matt finally got some sun! Though no one can hold a candle to Joel's tan - he already had a good base from his other Florida trip!
Sorry, once again I have managed to get the pictures out of order. I think I have finally figured out how I am doing this; hopefully, I won't forget when I do it again.
Alas, in February, we will say good-bye to Canada! We are a little more sad than expected, but we look forward to warmer weather and living in the same town as the southern hillbilly Hoscheks! Hot-lanta here we come!
