Harper's Birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year!!!!deci

Oh and a little Halloween!!!  The girls at the club - relaxing on the scary couch!!!  Finley would not sit on the couch - too scary!

Finley's class at Mrs. Hussey's house - they were all invited there pre-trick or treating - so fun!

For Harper's Birthday dinner, we met the Hoscheks at Benihana and Grandpa Steve was in town and treated us all!  Thank you, Grandpa!!!

Next up - Savannah, GA!!!!  The girls, Matt, and I headed to Savannah for my marathon in early November.  This was the first time the girls actually came to my race, and it has been a long time since Matt had!!!  These first photos were taken by Finley and Harper as we rode the ferry across to the expo to pick up race stuff.

The girls at one of the many little park square fountains in the beautiful city.  FYI, also the best race I have ever ran as far as weather, route, race set up, etc…  And, I had my second best time, too - under 4 hours!!!

I think the signs are what made me have my great time!!!

Post race meal - gorgeous day, and we love to eat outside!

Marathons are exhausting.  Harper is stealing my post-race nap!!!

Finley loved learning that there are actual schools that teach you how to become an artist.  SCAD - Savannah College of Art and Design.  Matt's only fear is that the girls will grow up and want to be some sort of artist!!!  HA!

They continued to work on the signs all weekend - I did save them!

Harper's Princess/Dance Party - SHE IS FOUR!!!  I think everyone had an awesome time!

Even Cousin Teddy wore a tiara and danced his socks off!

Two more future dancers were also spotted!!!

And, yes all my nephews present sported tiaras!  If only Grandpa Steve was there to see it!

Cousin Maverick is a little short for the bar!  I think he just wanted to hang out by the cute princesses!

Harper the artist at work!

Finley's picture of Jack!

Thanksgiving program at Harper's school.  This is a picture of a turkey disguised as Harper that she and I created.  So, this turkey is safe for thanksgiving this year.

Finley's thanksgiving program at school.  She sang, and we got to enjoy a lovely cafeteria lunch with her.

Teddy came over to trim the tree with us - he did great!  I was the only one who broke something!

The girls had been wanting to jump in a pile of leaves, but with three dogs, I don't trust the yard leaves.  So, we jumped in the leaves on the trampoline!

We went to the Hoscheks for their hosting night during Hanukkah!  Harper fell asleep just before the presents were opened!

Leo's second Hanukkah - he is  a pro!

Making tasting dreidels with Aunt Lisette!

The girls wanted to help homeless pets this holiday season, so we went to the our local pet store and donated needed items/money.

We went to Nashville to see Aunt Sammie, Maverick, and Grandpa Steve.  We went to our favorite spot, the Opryland hotel to see the lights and to see the ice sculptures.

We are really into ponies!!!  The girls liked that this pony had red cowboy boots like them!!!

We had to bundle up to go see the ice sculptures - check out Cousin Maverick!

We saw Gingy!

We saw Shrek!

We wore Maverick out!!!!

The girls had a Christmas program at dance and Grandpa Steve got to attend!

Harper picking up the dogs from getting their Xmas grooming - they smelled like flowers and the girl dogs had bows in their hair!
At yet another Karate graduation/Xmas party, they are posing with their instructor, Mr. Charles!

We hung out with Santa at a Xmas brunch at the club.  No lines for us - he came to our table and chatted with the girls.  They both told them they wanted things that neither had mentioned to us - on Dec. 15!   Seriously!!!

More artistry from the girls who love to take pictures!  We had a barbie/pony xmas!

Finley had a pancake breakfast for the holiday in her class.  I was able to attend!

On another day, they had a little program that Harper and I attended.

Dec. 23 - The Nutcracker at the FOX theater in Atlanta!!!!  All of us attended our first ballet, and it was fantastic!!!!  What a beautiful venue and fantastic dancing!!!  Oh, and we could eat and drink while watching!

Christmas Eve…in the spirit of Grandma Iris, we make holiday cookies from the kids' Great, great Grandma Hoschek's recipe!!!

Even little Leo has on his apron and is helping me!

It must be good!!!

Getting fancy for church which Harper slept through!

Montana Montoya Hoschek Weinstein's 13th Christmas - she was a present from me to Matt!  This is why I don't buy him presents anymore - how could I top little Monty!

Carrots for all of the reindeer!!!

Cookies for Santa!

Christmas morning!!!!

Matt's brother, Brian and family came for a visit, and we had a great time!

Teddy turned four on Dec. 28th!  Here he is with his cousins, but he is hiding!

Wait…there he is!!!

Bowling with a whole lot of Weinsteins!  Uncle Brian and Cousin Jacob awaiting their turn.

Girls and Matt are wearing their Notre Dame outfits and celebrating the bowl victory!

Cousin Brandon and Finley bowling!!!

All of us also went to visit the World of Coke.  Everyone's favorite part was the tasting room, but good luck getting a picture of that.  We were all running from continent to continent on a sugar high!

Nana Pat and Lauren came to visit next…more presents!

New Year's Eve aka  9 o'clock confetti cannons!!!!

Next day - doggy hangovers from all of the fireworks going off in the neighborhood - they hated it!

Medieval Times restaurant - super fun and our knight won - the yellow night!  And, he kissed Nana's hand - oh and he was cute as you will see!
